Badass Rita

Classic Coin Style Margarita- one of the baddest batches around!

❤︎ 10-12 oz Rocks

✦ Reposado tequila

✦ Quality orange liqueur, we suggest Colorado made Grove Street Orange

✦ Also pairs well with gin, or vodka for a riff on a tom collins

➺ 1.5 oz Spirit

➺ .5 oz Orange liqueur (optional)

➺ 3 oz Badass Rita

✓ We suggest rimming the glassware with Bootleg Betty's smoked salt

✓ Gather 2 small plates, place .25 oz of agave on one & smoked salt on the other

✓ Dip rim of glass into agave and then into salt

✓ In a shaker full of ice add spirit and Badass Rita mixer

✓ Shake for 10 seconds

✓ Strain over fresh ice in salt rimmed rocks glass

✓ Garnish with a fresh lime or one of our shelf stable dehydrated limes

➺ Add 1 oz additional mixer and 1/2 oz water, follow same directions, add a splash of lime club soda to finish
